About the event
Think Chinese writing looks difficult? Think again!
Join us for a fun, hands-on introduction to Chinese characters through drawing, learning, and guessing games. Children will discover how some Chinese characters connect to pictures and how characters can be combined to tell stories.
Through playful activities and creative exploration, kids will see that learning Chinese characters can be easy, fun, and surprisingly creative—even with no prior Chinese experience.
The experience ends with a special art project: each child will create their own Chinese character painting on canvas, using the characters they have learned.
No Chinese experience needed.
Just come ready to learn, draw, create, and have fun!
